Employing around 300 people across four sites, we supply all types of caterers - pubs, restaurants, hotels, cafes, canteens, schools, hospitals, takeaways, etc. - with thousands of different products, from fresh meats and meat products, fresh fish and frozen food, through to groceries, fruit and vegetables, beers, wines and spirits, disposables and hygiene products.
With shifts running around the clock, substantial chilled, frozen and ambient warehouse space, a twenty four hour answer machine service and dedicated account managers, our service levels are second to none.Our butchery provides the best quality locally sourced meats, cut to each customer's specification and subject to Grade A winning hygiene controls that guarantee food safety.
We have over 3,000 pallets of frozen food, from vegetables and ready meals, through to bakery products and desserts, from many leading manufacturers.
Our grocery division stocks thousands of lines, both food and non-food, and if there is anything we don't stock let us know as we can often get it in.
Retail Stores
As well as providing foodservice solutions to caterers, we have three retail outlets in Cumbria.
Our food hall at Rosehill Estate contains a huge range of exciting, locally sourced meats, as well as groceries, frozen foods, drinks, and a new olive bar filled with locally processed olives and antipasti.
This is complemented by our food hall in Harrington, near Workington, where you can get the same great value, quality meats and much more, and our butchers shop in Fisher Street, Carlisle, which the company has operated since 1905.
