Pioneer Foodservice Service Area

Our fleet of some 60 refrigerated vans provide an extensive delivery service as far south as Manchester and up into the Scottish borders.

Ambient, chilled and frozen can be delivered on one order on one invoice subject to a minimum delivery value of £30.

Our customer base includes every type of caterer: pubs, restaurants, hotels, cafes, takeaways, canteens, leisure clubs, as well as the education and healthcare sectors.

Several of our sales team have been promoted from within the business from a driving, telesales or butchery background. They have a unique understanding of caterers' needs.

How to Order

Telephone
Our dedicated and experienced telesales teams are available for much of the week. Outside of those hours our answer machines take orders up until midnight for next day delivery.

By Fax
Orders can be sent to our respective depot fax numbers and will be processed straight away.

Online Ordering
Orders can be placed at online.pioneerfoods.co.uk. Online users can also view invoices, statements and transactions on their account.

How much do you value food safety? Our four strong technical team works hard to bring you that guarantee, with controls ranging from product traceability and metal detection of meats, to stringent hygiene practices.

Our main meat plant is NACB accredited to the highest standard and we have NSF accreditation covering our ambient and chilled warehousing operations.

Our meat division proudly operates under the EBLEX (English Beef & Lamb Executive) Quality Standard Mark Scheme, providing assurance encompassing food safety, animal welfare and a duty to the environment.
